My my...it was really my bad for not reading her one and only negative feedback. I also had the same experience like subsonic760: "We had a deal last night and everything is ok until i txted her this afternoon to confirm. She backed-out of the deal because she said she has a better offer..."

Among the potential buyers that I had, i prioritize Ms. Kath Dela Cruz (purr) because she was the first one to confirm about buying my item. She said she was a SURE BUYER. Everything was settled last Thursday, October 29, 2009. I was going to use the money to buy a new laptop. Since we already sealed the deal, I ordered my new laptop. The next days are holidays, so we agreed to meet-up on November 3, 2009.

Then i got a message from this Kath Dela Cruz (purr). She cancelled her order the day before our meet-up because she said she found a better offer.

On my part, she left me hanging. Now, how am i going to pay for the new laptop that I ordered?

This person is a BOGUS BUYER as you can read from her other negative feedback. Mukhang ugali na nga niya talaga yung ganito, makikipagdeal then magbaback-out last minute.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUYER. PLS. BEWARE.

Before making a deal with any seller, make sure you have read all the details on the item that you are going to buy. If not posted, you are free to ask the seller for all the necessary info that you need. Ende sugod ka na lang ng sugod. Ende mo naman pala alam kung anu binibili mo.

And once nakipag deal ka na sa kausap mo, wag ka naman basta basta na lang nagbaback-out. A deal is a deal. Ang SURE BUYER tumutupad sa usapan at marunong magbayad. Isipin mo naman na may pangangailangan din yung mga taong kausap mo, ende lang sarili mo iisipin mo. Unfair ka eh. Oo nga nag apologize ka, ano pa magagawa ng apology mo. Mababayaran ba niyan yung bagong laptop na inorder ko. Ende naman diba. I wasted my time on you.

Sorry, you really pissed me off.

You are a BOGUS. I think everyone else should know about this.

I hate to give her a negative feedback, but i gave her a heads-up before i posted this.
We had a deal last night and everything is ok until i txted her this afternoon to confirm.

I don't blame her if she has better offer but at least have the decency to inform me ahead of time that the deal is off.. I maybe a newbie at sulit but common courtesy should have been observed..
